We understand that it is not easy for companies to move away from the systems which has been practiced for a very long time in their respective organizations and as we all know that "Scope for improvement is beyond eternity" every corporate is striving towards it, so to make it more simple we have classified our services and solutions at three different levels Strategic, Tactical, and Operations to bring in maximum flexibility and further to make it even more easier and to eliminate the risk we have devised different methods to associate with our clients. 

How do we associate with our clients?

We have a process in which a client uses our services in different ways.

Collaborative Association

In case of the client who has an operating HR department, we work in a collaborative fashion. We share the responsibilities with the HR department in the client’s company.

Comprehensive Association

In case of the client who does not have a functional HR department, we assume the entire responsibility of an HR department. Our responsibilities in this case will start from the functions of an HR executive to the Head HR.

Strategic Association

In case of the company which requires us to undertake responsibility of functions that involve strategizing for the company, designing and implementation  of policies, we assume the role of the Head HR to provide the client with the best possible strategies and help in implementation of those strategies.
