JOB DESCRIPTION- JUNIOR HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE:

As a Team member of MindsDirect you would be responsible to recruit, develop and lead a team of HR professionals to meet the organization goals.

You need to be well versed with the following areas of HR in order to support our clients based on their requirements, such as recruitment and selection, induction- joining formalities, training and development, policies & procedures, performance appraisal, performance management system, attrition management, retention tool kit, compensation and benefits planning, competency mapping, skill audit, statutory compliance labor laws, separation formalities, vendor evaluation & management, etc.

Desired Profile: At MindsDirect we are looking for young graduates with experience and fresh post graduates who are specialized in Human Resource to be a part of our company as we have planned to expand and forcasted business to grow substantially by 2013 we need people who have excellent people management skills and leadership qualities as well. 

You need to be a HR qualified, self motivated, creative, and an enthusiastic individual with excellent written as well as oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, accompanied by a strong aspiration to learn and a passion to be a successful HR professional.
