JOB DESCRIPTION- HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE:

As a DNA Team member of MindsDirect you would be responsible to recruit, develop and lead a team of HR professionals to meet the organization goals.

You need to be well versed with the following areas of HR in order to support our clients based on their requirements, such as recruitment and selection, induction- joining formalities, training and development, policies & procedures, performance management system, performance appraisal, attrition management, retention tool kit, compensation and benefits planning, competency mapping, skill audit, statutory compliance (e.g. PF, PT, ESI, TDS), labor laws, separation formalities, vendor evaluation and management, etc.

Desired Profile: At MindsDirect we are looking for young graduates and post graduates who are specialized in Human Resource to be a part of the DNA Team of our company as we have planned to expand and grow to a team size of 1000 employees by the end of year 2013 we need people who have excellent people management skills and leadership qualities. 

You need to be a HR qualified, self motivated, creative, and an enthusiastic individual with excellent written as well as oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, accompanied by a strong aspiration to learn and a passion to be a successful HR professional.
