He has  made significant contribution and achievements in domains like Acquisition and Mergers, OD Interventions, Corporate Law, HRIS/ HRMS implementation & product enhancement, and HR Process Reengineering and  has ensured revenue growth and profitability in the companies that he has worked. He has worked in strategic roles in companies like Mphasis and Exilant. Rajendra has been active in working with regulators to improve the business ecosystem. Rajendra is MBA graduate from United Kingdom and certified behavioral interview specialist from DDI USA.

Is the founder Director of MindsDirect Business Solutions and comes with over a decade of experience and a proven track record in Business Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Business Analytics, HR and Marketing; from various industries like Publication, IT & ITES his previous assignments were with Enbee Group, LeadingEdge, CBNA, and Dell. Has been instrumental in establishing business at various levels and has contributed significantly towards Business Process Development and Implementation in the course of time and experience with the top corporate companies has developed strong business administration skills which led to the very existence of MindsDirect and he is the driving force of MindsDirect’s strategic direction, focus and new initiatives.
